Kind of gross...

My husband and I aren't trying but we aren't preventing. I have been extremely nauseated the past week but I know for sure I ovulated two days ago. I went to the restroom and when I wiped this happened. Can anyone tell me if this has happened to them? It's got a slightly yellow color to it
