Looking for a better birth control
So I'm on nexplanon. Have been for 5 years. This is my second time and I'm realizing it's what is making my anxiety and headaches worse. It all started when I was on it, the pain, the 15-30 periods a year. My Dr saying it's "normal" that "it will fix itself". But here I am with stabbing pain in my sides, pain down my legs, a 2 month long period off and on and crippling cramps that make me faint. I'm getting this out Tuesday.
However I have a family history of cancer, clots and heart diesease I found out. (I'm adopted. I just found this out last month)
I can't do the iud. My body rejected it.
So can anyone recommend a way to avoid pregnancy (I'm engaged) with the lowest hormones possible (mini pill should be fine let me know your thoughts on what you take)
Thanks ladies! ❤️🙏❤️
