So upset and worried! PLEASE READ!

So...I just now got diagnosed with pcos at the age of 30 because I’ve been ttc for 9 months with Mc 8 months ago. Since then, no luck. I went to a fertility dr/ obgyn and I told her about my irregular cycles. Thing is, I’ve had irregular cycles my whole life as far as I remember (didn’t keep track very well until last two years) BUT last two years were every 27-43 days. Never shorter or longer. Well, October rolls around and I’m expecting to have a cycle come any day. 43 days rolls around, then 60, then 75, FINALLY on cd 76 I have a period. Fast forward to next cycle (current one) and I’m now On cd 60. I didn’t confirm ovulation with positive opk’s for two days and temp rise on cd 48. So I’m expecting af soon. What in the world could make me all of a sudden start having extremely long cycles when the past two years and pretty much my whole life I’ve only been slightly irregular? Has this happened to you?

Side note: I had two healthy children at 20 and 24 years old. No troubles conceiving at all. Happened within 4 months both times.

My ultrasounds in October and Jan were normal.

I’m overweight but I overate after Mc from stress.

Irregular periods

But that’s the only symptoms I have!

Dr. Still she is thinking pcos and wanting to treat with clomid and metformin

Any insight will help!!
