Every other day is recommended. Only reason not every day is because you don't want to deplete your partners sperm count. He needs a day off to replenish 😊

Technically ever other day is enough. You can do it every day as long as your partner doesn’t have sperm issues. 
That being said- please remember that unless you’re putting other data into flow (opks, cm, temps) then the fertile window is only a rough estimate based on glows average stats- it’s likely not accurate at all.
