Hey ladies. So I went in for my egg retrieval on Feb 11th. We couldnt do a fresh transfer bc of hyper stimulation. Besides the point. So we stayed abstinent for 3 days before the retrieval to build up sperm. My husband goes in to produce his sample at the clinic the morning of the retrival, while I get in my hospital gown and an iv drip started. He said the room was super close to everyone so he thought he would use his phone with head phones instead of the TV. As he is about to finish our friend calls (it's 7:30am) he freaks out ignores the call and tries to continue. She calls again! He meant to press ignore but he hit answer in the middle of "doing his thing" he panics and tries to get her voice out of his head and turn off the phone and BAM in the middle of chaos he finishes, drops the cup with the sample!!!! Barely any in the cup. We were so anxious while the lab was running the test. I thought my husband was going to puke. Nurse came back and said it was enough!!! Which is shocking because he said it was just a drop! Funny story now, not so funny then lol!!
