Ovulated yesterday and the pains and bloating were unreal and still pretty tender and uncomfortable today. Last night it hurt just to walk which is 90% of my job. When i got home I couldn't even sit or lay comfortably or move my legs without getting sharp pains near my ovaries. Bowel movements also cause pains in my abdomen. I have a high tolerance and I'm wondering when is it too much? Is there a chance it could be cysts or something other than a healthy ovulation. I am going unmonitored so these things are worrisome to me.
