Gaining a pound a day since miscarriage?

Question

Anyone gain weight after their miscarriage?  I have been gaining a pound a day and I am a petite 5’3” and usually 103.  I am currently almost 115 and on the rise.  I think it’s hormonal, but OB said I’m fine.  I haven’t done anything different.  Thanks for your replies.

After my MC I gained a lot of weight I was depressed. So all I did was eat and drink and I was not working. Needless to say over a year I have gained 80 pounds and this is including weight gained up until my 5th month of pregnancy. I never threw up once with morning sickness lol so yea I ate alot with my baby I felt like I was starving.

Yes I’ve put on loads of weird and have been wondering what the hell is going on. I had a late miscarriage 5 weeks ago and I’ve gained 8 Ibs and I’ve been eating the exact same amount as normal. I’m Someone who doesn’t put weight on fast either. I feel so massive and I’m bloated too. It’s definitely got to be the hormones. I’ve also just finished my first period and it lasted 8 days and was all over the place. I think it’s our bodies just trying to get back to normal. Sorry for your loss x

I thought it was just me. Had a d and c in December, had retained tissue just got my period a week ago and I am still bloated. I am only 4lbs heavy than my normal but I feel like it's all in my stomach. I am usually someone who when I do gain weight it evenly distributes all over.

I put on so much! Almost 10 lbs and weighed the most I ever have, and that was just in a few weeks! I started exercising a ton and limiting carbs and sugar and I’m finally back down but I gained about 18 lbs with both the pregnancy and after and was only 9 weeks when I had my MC. Hormones are crazy but I’m about 2 and a half months post MC and looking better than ever so I think it evens out eventually! Good luck to you hun!

I've put on about 20 since my mc last May. It really effed my body up :(
