False miscarriage?

2/2/19 last period 
2/22/19 first bfp 
Lines have been getting darker
Started bleeding red like a period but no clots
Hcg as of yesterday (2/27/19) was 19.
I’d be about 3.5 ish weeks right now
Nothing seen in ultrasound
Idk if I’m in denial or if I could be right but I seriously don’t believe I’m miscarrying I still have a feeling I’m pregnant but i don’t understand why my hcg is only at 19 and why I’m bleeding like this.

My HCG was only 18 at 4 weeks exactly. I bled the next day for about 6 hours, no clots just red blood. I'm currently 10 weeks along and baby is perfectly healthy! :)

because your only 3.5 weeks. that’s a normal number for so early. and there wouldn’t be anything on the US that early either.

Bleeding doesn’t mean miscarriage. And being early like that you won’t feel much and numbers start low. Remember, it’s about the doubling time. So if you start at 4 then 8 then 16 etc it takes time to see big jumps. Once you get to like 500 plus it really starts to pop.
