I put in my very first cup today, day 1 of flow.

Three hours in I had a coughing fit and it felt like I damn near shot the cup right out of my vagina.

When I went to check it, I saw some spillage on my pad (the backup) and decided to pee first.

So I peed and it came out like the littlest tinkle. Is this normal for using a cup? Is my bladder or urethra being pushed or something?

Anyway, so after wiping I touched the cup and squish pop spill! The crime scene just exploded all over the place. Lucky I was on the toilet lol.

I’m not discouraged. I’ll keep trying. However on day 1, I’m going to need to check in with the cup every 2 hours or something because it seemed super full!
