Im looking for alternative methods to pills, implants, shots and anything that puts/creates hormones in my body that are not mine.

I’m thinking about the sponge, spermicide, or a diaphragm? I have no idea where to go to get this stuff? I looked at amazon but only saw one brand (VCF) and stopped at Walgreens but saw none of these things to purchase over the counter.

I can’t rely on my hubby to wear condoms and I’m taking a break from hormones. I would love to hear what you like and recommend, thank you so much!

More info: I would like to try to get pregnant in about 15 months so vasectomy and long term methods are not gonna work for me but thank you for the suggestions!!
