Just an FYI

Hi ladies! So this is more FYI..

I was cramping really badly the past two nights. It would only happen once a day. I wasn’t sure if it was constipation cramping or just my body getting ready for baby.

Anyways, i ended up talking to my nurse about the pains & because of my previous MC she told me to keep an eye on it. If it gets worse or is accompanied by bleeding to go to the ER. She prescribed me stool softeners as well as a laxative to ease cramping or blockage IF it was constipation... well, none of it helped...

again the pain wasn’t persistent, it would only last 10 min or so & I would be in a ball holding my stomach until it passed..

so, after two nights of being waken up by this pain I gave in & ended up calling my doctor... they had me come in regardless how early I was in my pregnancy (I wasn’t suppose to be seen until 10W; april5th). I went in & they ordered blood work & an ultrasound. They wanted to make sure the baby was forming in the right place & not somewhere else. I’ll post my U/S picture. I’m not sure how far long I am based on my U/S but doctor thinks I may have ovulated a little earlier than I thought. So he’s going to be monitoring my HCG levels every 48-72 hours & I’ll be having an U/S every 2 weeks. Just to make sure everything goes good. ALSO, the doctor I saw does ear acupuncture therapy! I’ve heard great things about it. I told him that I don’t like taking Tylenol or medication to ease pain.. I’m trying to ride it out & ONLY take the medication AS NEEDED! So he recommended the acupuncture therapy..

I got two studs in my ear & if it doesn’t help with pain I can request for more...

I highly recommend you ladies looking into it! It seriously helped with all cramping, back pain, & headaches!!! & I’m not one to believe in things like this... but it was free & I was willing to try anything at that point.

So I know a lot of ppl have been asking about cramping pain. And I know it’s worrisome. My doc told me to continue what I’m doing & cramping is normal in pregnancy.. he said, Watch your body... if something you doing is causing you cramping ... stop..

so basically I can’t have sex bcuz it hurts me every time 😫.

So I know it’s hard. I know every ache you feel in your abdomen might make you nervous. Try not to stress (I know it’s easier said than done). & call your doctor or nurse if you are concerned. Sometimes you need the reassurance to know everything will be ok (:
