Beer?

Has anyone tried drinking a beer to increase milk production and if so is your baby ok and did it work?

Yes. And yes! 
I was struggling with not enough milk supply. A friend tolled me she would drink beer to up her supply, so I looked up info on it and read the darker the better. 
I bought Guinness, and yes it worked. 
And then just cuz I wanted to, I had an angry orchard and it also worked. 
The only thing I did for precaution: fees baby-> pump-> have beer. That way it gave time for the alcohol to 👇🏻 before the next feeding. 
Or u could also buy brewers yeast capsules online. Tho I have not tried this method.

I’ve heard Guinness is the best, but for anyone that doesn’t like it, I chose to mix it half half with a pear cider and it was delicious.

I love having a beer when I pump in the evening. I think it helps a little. We all deserve a little treat!
