Help! I need to lose weight

Okay, so I’m 13, around 5’5 and I’m 208.8 pounds. I’m in a difficult situation right now. My mom buys all of the groceries, and when she does, we have like, no healthy stuff, ever.

I exercise daily at school and such, but when I get home I usually don’t really do anything. I’ve tried going on diets, but it’s really hard when your mom keeps bringing home cookies and stuff... not to mention my mom doesn’t have time to take me to the gym or anything... I just have stretch marks and everything and I want to know that I am doing the best thing for my body.

Help me please! Any suggestions are welcome
