How do I stop getting upset?

I get so upset when I see everyone else getting married or having a baby and it just drives me crazy! My face gets hot and my heart races and I get so upset that it’s not ME yet.. I don’t know what to do 😭😕😭

Breathe. You need to reframe your way of thinking. Look at all the positives that has happened in your life and be grateful for them. This is your path and all things will happen in time. You're comparing your path with other's paths. 
I used to get really upset like you. I was in a horrible car accident and had to learn to walk again, had 9 surgeries, head injury etc.. This happened at a time where everyone was getting married, having babies, getting awesome careers etc.. I would get so down on myself and bitter about it. That needed to change. I didn't like the person I was. Attitude goes a long way. 
I'm walking without a limp now, I'm even working out and driving again, I'm married and we're TTC. I never thought any of this would happen until I changed my way of thinking. 
Your time will come! I promise. Be happy with what you have, it could always be worse ❤

When everyone surrounding you gets pregnant or has a baby its hurtful when all you want is that for yourself. 
Be patient, your time will come. My husband came into my life when I least expected it, and I was completely thrown off by it . We are currently ttc #1, all my friends have children, so I know how hard it can be . God has a plan for everyone. 💕
