Hey everyone,

I have no clue where to post this but here it goes.

My landlord is crazy, always has been. We’re moving out April 30th. The lease says for painting to ask the landlord.

Before we painted the kitchen and hallway, we had her come and choose the colours with us. We paid for all the paint.

Now she’s been harassing me for weeks and almost yelling at me to paint it “all white like it was before”. Except it wasn’t, all the rooms are gray or blue, and the hall and kitchen we painted are off-white with one medium-gray accent wall which used to be yellow.

Now I’m freaking out cause I think she’s going to try and take me to court if I don’t paint the kitchen and hall white again, or worse, paint the whole place white even though it wasn’t.

Sadly I didn’t keep the texts where I asked her if I could paint and she said yes. That’s why I’m worried.

I’m just looking for some reassurance. I’m so nervous right now. She’s been awful.
