I'm 15 and was bit on both of my breasts when I was 4 by a dog. I have specific light spots from teeth marks that have healed but are still there.

The skin has been smooth until recently when my scars itched like crazy. When I would observe them, there would be a red inflamed rash like a bug bit me.

This has been going for months and would come and go, but it's an everyday thing now and only specifically where my scars are.

The scar tissue has recently began rising and the skin around my nipples have turned red from the rash. Now there's a small, almost unnoticable bump on my left breast where the itching is. It feels tough as well, like a true mosquito bite, but oval. I have another one right around my nipple as well.

Why is this happening???
