Is anyone already sleep training?
(If you don’t believe in sleep training I don’t want to hear about it, we get it you’re a better mother than everyone else congratulations)
I’ve been doing all of the adjustments to ensure best sleep (we’re down to 1 feed a night, black out curtains, bedtime routine, put down drowsy but awake, sound machine, adequate naps) but we’re still getting up every 20-40 minutes between 9pm-3am
I’m starting to look at sleep training techniques to start next month as I believe she’ll be at a stage in her development when she can really handle it (she doubled her birth weight weeks ago). Has anyone already used some form of sleep training that they found helped? Any STM with some wisdom?
