Should I call the doc?

This rash kinda popped up today. It comes and goes on his collar bone but it seems to have spread. It’s also SUPER dry where I live so I don’t know if that has anything to do with it.

It looks like dry skin. Use a baby lotion that doesn’t have any scent and put aquaphor or Vaseline on top of that. Also, when bathing, don’t use soap in those areas.

My daughter had that. Wound up just being dry skin. I would keep em lotioned up really well. And maybe call doc in the morning

My son had a similar rash like that back in October turned out to be roseola but he had a high fever as well
