Does this sound good and healthy?
I’m trying to start going gluten dairy free. I’m starting with cutting gluten out since it’s easiest for me and since I already occasionally eat gluten free. I bought chicken last week and didn’t eat all of it so I decided to do gluten free chicken quesadillas for dinner. I also decided to get strawberry yogurt with gluten free granola along with some strawberries and maybe some blueberries for breakfast. I have other things for lunch but I was having a hard time of thinking of something else to add for breakfast since I do have to work and typically don’t have a chance to eat while I’m there. Btw I’ve had granola and protein bars for the last couple weeks so I’m kind of over them so any suggestions on something else that may good to add? And does the other stuff seem good?
