¡Cramps and cardio!
Hello my beautiful ladies! If you are feeling crappy it can be stressful and annoying no? I just wanna give some healing advice;;; the more you workout the lesser and lesser you’ll get cramps during your next period(s). I’m talking 3-6 days a week at least. Get in a good stretch too! Stretching only takes 5-10 minutes and it’s nothing but beneficial! 💜💜💜💜💜💜 stay strong through it all💪🏽we are ladies we stand tall
