Stressed/depressed

Hey all. Just some background, I was diagnosed with depression around 12 and I’ve been on Prozac and then Effexor once I hit college (I’m 25). I stopped taking my Effexor almost a year ago and I felt fine- better actually (after weaning myself off and the “detox” period). I Chalked it up to depression brought on by puberty.

I just started nursing school this past January and work on weekends, so I have almost no time to chill out and hang with friends. I also live in the Midwest and barely see sunlight with all the crappy weather we’re having. Idk if it’s my depression coming back, or a mix of everything I’ve listed above, but I need some help. I was going to the gym 3-4 times a week (and was seeing results!!) but now I just can’t get myself off the couch. My body wants to go, but my mind is so lazy. Anything that’s worked for you guys? Like motivation?

I’ve started taking magnesium and a daily vitamin and honestly I feel better depression wise. I just needed to vent or something and want some ideas about how you keep yourselves motivated when the last thing you want to do is eat well and workout.
