Lifestyle tips?
My fiancé and I are trying to make some big lifestyle changes. We both weight a significant amount more than what we would like. We have managed to cut out surgery drinks and fast food. We also through out all of the food we had in our fridge and cabinets that we shouldn’t be eating. We replaced everything with healthier options and are starting to try out the meal prepping option. Our next step is to really look for a good exercise regimen that fits well with his hectic work schedule and with having a six month old baby. We have goals set in place for our wedding next year and would love any tips on how to make this journey a little easier and the adjustment a little smoother!
