Bloated af
I need some serious help. I am CONSISTENTLY bloated. It’s literally all the time. Not just when I’m having my period. Does anyone have any tips for how to get rid of it?? It’s SO annoying. I’ll eat the tiniest snack and I’m automatically bloated. Healthy or not so much...it doesn’t matter. I know there’s massages or something you can do on your stomach to help but do those ever work?? SOS...send help. 😭
