Headaches!?

Question

I’m 20 weeks tomorrow and have had more or less constant headaches. If I don’t have one all day everyday day it’s every other day 😭 this week I have had one 24/7, midwife checked my BP and urine and everything seems perfect. 
Has anyone else had this?

I get migraines occasionally, and they're terrible when I do get them. They're more likely if I don't get enough sleep. Dehydration and stress also do not help. You could try drinking a small amount of coffee or other not super sugary caffeinated beverage too.

Yes this keeps happening to me and I’ve noticed it’s when i don’t drink enough water. Trying increasing your water intake and see if that helps

Yes. And I drink 2-3L of water every day. Take some Tylenol if it works for you (doesnt for me). Ibuprofen is ok now but not for daily use.

Same here, I thought it was water but my dr said it may also be that my blood sugar is dropping. She suggested small protein snacks throughout the day and plenty of water (basically a gallon a day)
