Hi ladies, I’m new to this group I’m being tested for pcos and I’m constantly bleeding and in pain only made worse by the depo shot.

I am concerned because I seriously some days can’t go out I bled through my pad and pants the other day and I was mortified :(.

Just wondering if there’s anything I can do to help relieve the pain and also what are the symptoms of this because they think I have this or maybe endometriosis so I’m scared.
