My little boy is throwing up or spitting up a lot of milk lately 😭

I don’t really know what the difference between throwing up or spitting up but my little guy is doing it about 5 times a day lately, he just had a cold but is over that now and doesn’t have a temp. He also went from sleeping through the night to waking twice to feed for the last week and a half. He has tried a lot of new foods lately but he is keeping those down .... anyone else’s lo not keeping milk down ?
