Coffee while pregnant
Alright all you coffee drinkers out there....give me the scoop. I know “one cup” a day is legal but what has been your experience with this? I am 4 weeks (just found out yesterday) and today is day 1 of cutting back to one cup. I’d like to try and stop completely but I’m worried about headaches as I’ve been a daily coffee drinker for 15 years.
