I’m 39 weeks and I have started harvesting colostrum Just in case we need extra or if we have problems when the baby arrives. I am not a pro as I’ve only just started hand expressing today... but I noticed that when I hand expressed from my left breast, the colostrum mostly comes out of my nipple, but a tiny amount also comes out of one of the dotted glands that surround my nipple- is that normal?
