My son used to have a slightly tight upper lip that looked like that. It looks like a good latch, but you might be able to loosen it up just a smidge to make it more comfortable. My IBCLC suggested to use one finger and gently pull up on the babes skin, just above their upper lip, on either side. This should help “open” up the latch a little bit more on the top. I hope that makes sense!

My kiddo latches like this.
Consultant said to check the bottom lip (lift your breast up slightly to peek) and if that's flared and you're pain free not to worry too much.
But the other mom's are right, just stretch the skin up a little (I always push his nose up a bit), or get a finger in there if you can!
