21 pounds in 2 months
In early January I noticed that I was getting bigger than I’d like to be, and I stepped on the scale and it showed 169. I’m only 5’3 and 169 does not carry well on me. I quit drinking right then and started eating a little better and I’m down to 148 today. I’d like to lose 13 more pounds before I’m done.
169, drinking heavily every night
148, no exercise just eating better. Will start working out to get muscle definition. I will have that summer body this year😂💪🏻
