Cramping and now this??

Question

I have been cramping on and off all day today, I just went to the bathroom and had this when I wiped. I was supposed to ovulated 2 days ago. Is this fertile cm it just normal?

This is insane. I have exactly the same as this and I’m 2dpo. 
I’m thinking maybe I didn’t ovulate but I had the ewcm and all.

Pretty sure its fertile. I usually have alot more and it always looks like I blew my nose in the tissue haha
