Anyone here that try to double your birth control methods ? Example condoms then also take shots basically u extremely cautions about getting pregnant ⚠️⚠️⚠️

Yes, plenty of people do and there's nothing wrong with it.(The only time its bad is when women are excessively/unnecessarily taking plan B every month even though they take actual birth control)

Yup. You're also not supposed to take it more than 3x in a YEAR. some women are just overly paranoid.

Plan B for what that’s no need if u doing double birth control my goodness that’s basically wasting money every month

I wouldn’t double hormonal methods. But BC and spermicide, BC and condoms, BC and pull out, etc. are all safe options

Agreed. Two hormonal methods might cause medical issues including cardiac issues and blood clot. Hormonal method+condoms, spermicide, pull out, etc. would be ok.

I do it! Sometimes triple. 1 hormonal bc which is my main then otc non hormonal. Ex: nuvaring along with otc non hormonal film or gel
