What can I use to clean my sons toys? Hes 7 months

Update: Is there anything I can do for him? His nose is stuffy/runny & his cough is bad. 
I take him to the doctor Tom hopefully(They said if their not busy) 
He has a really bad cold & his cough sounds so painful. I need to disinfect everything. What can I use? 
Preferably wipes.. if that’s possible

Clorox wipes, boiling, I’ve used the dishwasher on the sanitize setting.

When my little ones get sick I fill a bathtub with hot water and some bleach and soak them in the bath tub . It’s really the best way to disinfect. As far a soft toys wash them in the laundry. 
For your son , saline spray and use the nose Frieda to suck it all out . You can also try a little peppermint oil near his crib (not on him)
