I’m 6 weeks and 1 day pregnant and due to previous miscarriages I’m very on edge. I have my first appointment scheduled for this coming Monday for an ultrasound check at 6 weeks 4 days for heartbeat and dating however I woke up with no nausea and breasts that felt fine so of course I was worried and called the office. They scheduled me for an ultrasound and a local radiology place to ease my mind but while there the tech wasn’t able to confirm a fetal pole or heartbeat with a vaginal scan!!!! She did say that this was normal said my sac and yolk sac looked and measured well but she couldn’t verify without a doubt that she saw a fetal pole. She did say she was able to see what looked like one possibly right up against the yolk sac but of course I am freaking out! Basically I’m wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience and gone on to have a regular pregnancy.

Side note: after returning home from my appointment my usual nausea, sore breasts and fatigue returned but I’m nervous. 😫😞😞
