So yesterday I went to labor and delivery to get tested for chloestasis, because I heard sometimes it’s not just your hands and feet so figured be safe than sorry don’t wanna risk my babies life, but first test came back fine waiting on the other results but while I was there they gave me a NST and I was having contractions every 5-12 minutes they said and after I left they continued all night long and we’re about 7 minutes apart but wasn’t unbearable but my back was hurting with every contraction since then I’ve had a ton more pelvic pain and hurts to walk almost and this morning I’m still having contractions not as regularly some are painful but my question is , is it possible to go in to labor just from contractions? Water bag hasn’t broken and wasn’t dilated last Monday and haven’t lost mucous plug or anything? Or would one of those thing have to happen first ? I mean I guess I could have dilated but I haven’t been checked in almost a week 🤔 just curious if anyone might know !
