Mom won’t let me get on birth control

What should I do??? I’m 18 and my mom refuses to put me on birth control because she believes it’s enabling me to have sex. She refuses to see the side of I’m trying not to get pregnant because I’ll probably continue to do it (with condoms of course). I just want to be extra safe. What should I do?? Also there closest Planned Parenthood is an hour away from where I live and it’ll be hard to get to without my parents knowing. Looking to get an IUD but I’m really lost atm.
