Am I eating too much?
I've been keeping a food diary. Today I ate 2 bowls of cinnamon toast crunch at 9am, then at 12pm I ate 2 hot dogs, then I was already hungry again at 2:45 so I ate 3 little mini chilli burritos. So it looks like every 3 hours I get hungry. Is that normal? I'm trying to eat less and watch my weight. Is this more or less or about the same as you eat in a day? (I'm still going to eat dinner tonight too, so that's 4 meals in a day 🤦🏼♀️) The rest of the week I ate 3 meals a day. But it seems like some days I'm hungrier than others. Like today. Should I just drink more water instead of eating?
