Hcg and twins?

Question

What was everyone’s hcg levels and week? 
I am measuring 5 weeks and 3 days pregnant as from last ultrasound.. they did a hcg lab that she day and it came back 12,007 mIU. 
So at 3 weeks and 3 days my levels were 41. 
3 weeks and 5 days they jumped up to 221! 
5 weeks and 3 days 12,007! 
I’ve seen that singlton ranges 18-7,348miu. 
Anyone have high hcg count and end up with twins? Or just one? 
I am a twin. Runs in the family.

You are just going to get negativity on here. People think questions like this are serious. It is possible. It's fun to think it could be twins! We all know only an ultrasound can say if it is twins. Cheers!

Idk that sounds pretty normal to me 🤷‍♀️ but if you’re a twin and it runs in your family your chances are always higher. You’ll probably get better response by posting this in a different group though.

I was told today that at the ER that I was carrying twins, and they put me at 3 weeks pregnant with hcg level of 5000

Sounds more normal and not twins. I have twins.

Five weeks and four days my hcg was 18,000 and I’m only carrying one baby. Hcg is not a good way to determine a multiples or Singleton pregnancy.

My hcg jumped so high my doctor called me in for an ultrasound the next day. Only one baby. I had also taken Femara.
