So I’m new to this period stuff so I was wondering if cramps were supposed to feel like stabbing and your lower stomach

That’s usually what mine are like, either a stabbing or tightness like you would get when you need to belch if that makes sense but in the lower stomach

Everyone has different kinds of cramps but yes that's normal take some meds to help or even use heating pad
