Appetite loss
I’ve noticed I’ve become much weaker than I used to be and I become worn out by simple and easy daily activities like washing my hair n putting on my shoes. I have developed a thigh gap and get super dizzy anytime I look around fast. Just a few weeks ago I went to my psychiatrist to make sure I’m not low on my medicine and that no negative symptoms have been going on from it. I take vyvanse for my ADHD and Zoloft for my anxiety and PTSD, I’ve been on them both for about a year and a half now- and my normal weight is usually around 120-30, but my psychiatrist weighed me because of my appetite loss and my weight turned out to be 110 and she said that if I lose anymore weight she is going to have to try and put me on something else instead of the Vyvanse which I really like as it has helped me maintain A’s in school (a very rare and surprising thing)
Does anyone have any tips on how to stop weight loss and bring appetite back so I can gain weight? I have tried to force myself to eat but it just makes me want to throw up, even when I’m extremely hungry. Two weeks ago I ate too much and I threw it all up. I just need good advice please.
