dizzy 13 weeks?

anyone else been having random dizzy spells?

It's normal. Your blood volume starts to increase and that can lead to dizzy spells. It fades after awhile. If you start actually passing out then call your OB.

Yes. I had the same thing happen and now that I’m almost 40 weeks it still happens every now and then. You’re blood volume increases so much in pregnancy and for me my blood pressure decreased and has stayed very low (fingers crossed it stays low until delivery 😊) But that’s what causes my dizzy spells. Just find somewhere to sit down, drink some water and it should get better. If it is happening super frequently though or if you faint you need to call you’re doctor.

I work as a flight attendant so it’s very frequent. I needed oxygen once. Yes i’ve been eating and drinking plenty.

Totally normal! Snacks seemed to help me. I had Cheerios in my car, every room in the house, at work... always close!
