Anybody??! Somebody!?!? Tell me why

So, I am currently 37 and 5 and for the last 2 weeks baby girl has been measuring 39 weeks ... Then at 33 she was measuring 36 weeks.. Can anyone tell me why this would happen. Is it something  to worry about?

Is that based off of the fundal height (measurement of your stomach)? Because, as you get further along & baby drops, that number will decrease some. I was measuring right on target all along until this past week, when I was measuring 35 at my 38 week appointment.
