TTC while doing High Intensity Training

So I usually work out 3-4 times a week at an F45 gym. The work outs consist of burpees, box jumps, basically lots of high impact moves. I know obviously how to tone it down once I'm pregnant but I was wondering about the 2WW? I don't want to do anything that would keep the embryo from implanting. A few people have told me to do walking and light yoga so I'm really not sure? What has been your experience with working out and getting pregnant?

Btw, I keep seeing these young fit instagram moms going at it hard but I am 35 and have never been pregnant and really want to maximize my chances!
