Missed pill 2 days later had sex

I missed a pill Tuesday and doubled up Wednesday and Friday had sex he pulled out and took my pill at 10 peed when I got home and have a little bit of blood I’ve been on the pill for about 6 months and now I’m freaking out I had a little bit of discomfort so could’ve been from that still someone plz help 😬
