Should I take a pregnancy test?

So I got my nexplanon out on the 20th (I was on it for less than a year) and I was supposed to get my period around the 25-27th... does anyone know how long it takes for your period and hormones to go back to normal?? And do you think I should take a pregnancy test next week if it hasn’t come yet?

I think your fine. I didn’t get my period back for 3 months after getting it removed.

If you’re having unprotected sex, take a test. It took me 5 months to get pregnant after nexplanon, which is longer than it took for my previous pregnancies.
