Has anyone experience lower back pain that runs down your butt side after pregnancy. It’s very painful mostly when I do chores . Even if I lay down, it hurts even to move.

I had back labor that lasted hours and got the epidural. Not sure if anyone else experienced this pain... If you have any recommendations on pain relief..

I found out that my lower spine is curved and my hips are not aligned . Doc said it’s because I had back labor for two days that made my spine shift. Get help!
