Help please

Are side pains normal I’ve had cyst before when I was younger and they kind of feel like that yesterday it was on my left side today is on my right I can’t compare the pain because it’s not as bad as when I had those cyst ... ive read cyst are normal in early pregnancy and means you are having a healthy pregnancy

Also I feel like I’m having trapped wind in the back of my shoulder I’ve looked it up and litterly “ Ectopic pregnancy “ but I haven’t had any type of bleeding whatsoever or any abdominal pain HELP PLEASE 😢
