Engorged & oversupply problems

So, I know it’s supposedly a “good” problem to have, but I just can’t take it anymore.

Baby is 6 weeks old, and is breastfed and will take a bottle. I pump to remove excess milk as she’s been sleeping longer in the night, and my boobs have been painfully engorged expecting her to need to feed.

I don’t know what to do. I’ve already had one bout of mastitis caused by a blocked duct, but don’t want to keep pumping as I think that’s the source of my oversupply.

Any suggestions?
