Okay so, I’m 39+4 and im still unsure of my baby’s last name. To be honest I’m leaning towards mine.

My pregnancy was unplanned ( if you have something judgmental to say, shove it up your ass) and at the time when I got pregnant I didnt have the best and my BF was unemployed. We both decided to get better jobs. I got a job that was a little better, and he started working under the table. The work wasn’t guaranteed so after about 2 months his work stopped altogether. Never bought the baby ANYTHING. When I tell you guys everything the baby has I bought. EVERY. SINGLE. THING. Literally. No one even got me a gift(not that they have to just proud of myself for getting everything on my own💁🏾‍♀️ while taking care of my daughter damn near on my own because her dads child support payments are damn near nothing)

I feel bad because before I got pregnant he CONSTANTLY talked about having a son, and how much he wanted to raise his son a certain way & be a dad, and apart of me feels bad, but then I’m like well you could have at least TRIED to do something. Like taken half your money and bought at least some diapers and wipes. I don’t think you get to put the baby there and then get all these rights. Am I wrong? Should I give the baby his last name or mine?

P.S I don’t need relationship advice, we currently aren’t together anymore.
