The placebo pills do nothing other than remind you not to miss your next pack. You can start your next pack whenever you want during the placebo week. If you wanted to you could skip the placebos altogether and just start your next pack to miss your period!

Yeah, shouldn't be a problem. It's not a true period anyway and actually serves no real purpose! A shorter break is less disruptive to the hormone levels, if you have one at all
